The features of eps pre-expander: The steam system adopts imported pressure reducing valve to connect with German Burkert proportional valve control. The temperature adjustment is controlled by the sensor and the proportional valve. It heats accurately during foaming, the temperature of the cylinder is accurate, and the foamed beads are uniform.
What's more, Fackel China eps pre expander machine takes the advantages as below: Imported high precision foam induction controller is adopted, the detective unit automatically takes samples from the foaming machine for weighing, and the data is feedback to the PLC for recording. When the raw material density fails to meet the corresponding gram weight requirement, the foaming machine will be told to adjust the density automatically till meets the required value and formed a record. The whole process does not need manual intervention.
