The business scope of the company includes: EPS / EPP molded products, rubber and plastic products, engineering plastics, metal stamping parts, packaging materials, finished paper processing, chemical products, electronic appliances, instruments and meters, molds, sealing strips, plastic magnetic materials and accessories, electromechanical equipment, computer and accessories design, production, sales and technical services
Thanks to Aipu choosing us as their supplier of supplying a complete EPS/EPP production line. The production line includes 20 units of high precision automatic EPS shape moulding machines, two batch pre-expander and many other auxiliary production facilities. Based on the consideration of energy consumption from Aipu, we designed and manufactured a kind of shape moulding machine to citer lower energy consumption purpose, the proven energy consumption volume has been decreased 30% compared with the conventional shape moulding machine, the production efficiency has been increased 40% against the common EPS machine.
