We are grateful to have been chosen by Linyi FeiKe Plastic Foam Factory to supply 10 energy-saving automatic shape moulding machines and other desired equipment. Designed with cutting-edge European technology, our machines ensure excellence in foam product quality by reducing energy consumption and minimizing moisture, delivering outstanding results.
Linyi FeiKe Plastic foam Facotry, was founded in January 23rd 2018, with a registered capital of 3 million, the business scope includes production and sales: foam plastic products, mold design and research and development.
First of all, we would like to thank our customer to choose us for supplying of 10 units of automatic shape moulding machines and several other desired equipment. These 10 shape moulding machines were made in Europe mode, which is specially designed for energy-saving purpose. The machine is designed and manufactured without any steam hoses and hard tubes connection to the mold in order to reduce the fixed energy consumption, and there are no drainage hoses connected to the mold as well so as to prevent water accumulating inside the mold, really achieved the molded product with less moisture and produce the excellence quality foam products.
The innovation and improvement of Fackel is carried out step by step, which under the guide of Fackel’s spirit of practical and stable development. We keep up with the new technique development in the EPS /EPO/ EPP/ETPU foam machinery industry. Bases on our nearly 40 years’ developing and manufacturing experience in this industry, we focus on the change of the market and the customers’ requirements.
