Jinhua Foam Factory was founded in 2000, has more than 20 years' experience in producing foam plastic products. Specializing in the production of foam packaging products, from designing and manufacturing mold to advanced automation equipment to produce finished products, in order to meet the needs of different shape products packaging. The purpose of the company is: “set off and package your good products for you. You will be assured and satisfied.”
In 2015, Jinhua wanted to upgrade their EPS production line machines with automatic control, and our robotic arm system has attracted their attention, the robotic arm can automatically fulfil the molded products pickup from the mold directly without interference, which can perfect match their automation production ideal. After many times communications and on-site inspection to our manufacturing base, Jinhua decided to place an order with Fackel for procuring of 10 units of high precision automatic shape moulding machines, all equipped with robotic arm.
