The whole machine is without any steam hose and hard pipe connection,which reduce steam loss;no drainage hose but in the manner of straighway drainage that reduce the water accumulation in the mold,which improved the operation safety of machine.
The machine is equipped with fast mold change function.It only takes 20-30 minutes to stop the machine and complete mold change,which greatly improves the service efficiency of machine.
The machine is equipped with double insulated steam chambers,which can save energy and mold cost.
Central energy distributor is directly embedded in the steam chamber,and proportional valve which focuses on gas adjustment for foam molding is used to promote precise adjustment,both make the highest accuracy in the industry.
It is the first in the industry to adopt independent double systems,separating fixed mold and removable mold. It is equipped woth double pressure reducing valves of Yoshitake,all these make its molding cycle time short and energy cost lowest.
