👉The horizontal type block moulding machine with single hydraulic driven door for opening and closing motion has advantages of less sealing surface and less heat loss. Special design locking device ensures mould tightness and without leakage.
👉The block mould machine body is structured by high-quality steel profile through electro magnetic vibration treatment which improve the high strength of the machine without deformation caused by internal foam pressure while production of high density block.
👉The mould chamber surface is made of special aluminum alloy with teflon coating which ensures easy demoulding(can optional) and good finishing of the block; also can saving up energy with good conductivity.
👉Integrated with a high-efficiency vacuum pump cooling device with a strong penetrability, favorable adhesivity, low consumption of steam, high speed of shaping and low water content so as to ensure the uniformity of inside and outside of the thickened, foam plastic panel, which higgly increased production efficiency.
👉In order to have optimal block ejection function, we design special hydraulic synchrony valves to guarantee synchronization of ejectors.
