1) The steam system adopt Germany technology of central energy distributor with GEMU valves, feedback different data through pressure sensors,realize low energy consumption, achieving better energy saving and molding effects.
2) Equipped with a fast mold change system, the mold change time only takes about 10-20 minutes, which effectively reduces labor intensity.
3) The steam system and drainage system adopt German central energy distributor, with 4 sets of 14-bit energy distribution.
4) The machine is with double chambers for thermal insulation, and the valve is embedded in the chamber. The distance is shorter, penetration is stronger, the efficiency is higher and energy consumption is lower.
5) The machine adopts five major double-systems - double steam system, double vacuum system, double condensation system, double feeding system, double drainage and exhaust system to reduce production cost.
6) The touch screen can be rotated and moved by 360°, making the operation more convenient and safer.

Efficiency advantages:
1. Steam energy consumption is more than 50% saved compared with traditional machines! The production efficiency is more than 40% higher than that of traditional machines. It is a truly high efficiency, low energy consumption and energy saving machine.
2. Adopting a double steam system, controlled by two sets of Germany central energy distributors, the fixed and removable molds are heated independently.The upper and lower double pipes are heated synchronously, meanwhile steam is brought to improve efficiency.
3. Adopting a double vacuum system, the upper and lower part can be evacuated synchronously, which can further shorten the molding time and greatly reduce the moisture content of product.
4. Adopting a double system for drainage and steam exhausting, controlled by two sets of central energy distributors, the drainage speed is faster, reducing water accumulation in the mold cavity, and further reducing energy consumption.
