12 EPS shape moulding machines ready to deliver

supply 12 Fackel FKS series EPS high efficieny fully automatic shape moulding machines, the FKS series EPS machine is designed and manufactured for the purpose of energy-saving under the application of the "Central Energy Distributor", produced by German technology , and combined with an exclusive Proportional vale, which was jointly researhed and developed with the German company AVENTICS, the proportional valve focuses on the foaming gas regulation in order to achieve the quantatively supply of steam in each stage of moulding. The steam consumption decreased up to 40% as well as up to 30% productivity was increased compared with the conventional EPS machine. 

    The customer visited our company before placed the order with Fackel , under the hospitalization of our boss and our sales manager, supporting our customer visit the foam production factory as well, the customer had a great understanding about Fackel machinery and impressed by the machine technologies as well as the outline.  They also went to visit other suppliers, they collected lots of info among the suppliers.  They finally selected to cooperate with Fackel Machinery. We signed the contract of supplying 12 EPS shape moulding machines with them. The stated delivery period was 65 days. 

   Today is the day to deliver the desired EPS machines to our esteemed customer after 60 days long waiting, thanks to our customer's patience and support on the whole progress of machine production.
