EPP Machines to be shipped to our customer

  On, August 4th, the day is very hot, the temperature exceeded 38 degrees

   The ordered EPP machines by our esteemed client are equipped with robot arm operation system,  it adopts upward movement structure, more effectively and more safety to the operator. The operators will not be required to pick up the produced products under the machine, this will avoid hurt from the hot water while demoulding progess is ongoing. 

The whole machine is designed and manufactured without steam hoses and drainage hoses connection to the mold, the steam consumption is greatly decreased due to the steam can be delivered to the mold directly without going through the connection tube, the penetrating power to the expanded beads more efficiently. The short cycle time is meet, cost saved. up to 50% steam consumption is decreased, and up to 40% production efficiency is increased.  You will have your cost of the machine back within 1 year under our precisely design for the pipeline and machine installation.
